Position Description: Tech Lead / Senior Developer
Job requirement:
· Should have minimum of 5 year exp in Core Java / J2EE
· Should be willing to code in Core Java for next 2 years.
· Should have excellent communication and team leading skills
· Strong in core java. Ability to do hands-on coding is must.
· Strong DB concepts. Ability to write database queries is must.
· Exposure to Performance tuning & knowledge of using Explain plan is desirable.
· Exposure to Hibernate would be an advantage.
· Knowledge of test driven development and continuous integration would be added advantage.
· Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Job profile:
· Create complex, enterprise business applications as a member of diverse, high energy teams focused on full life-cycle development through the use of Agile Methodologies
· Use the latest tools and techniques (Core Java, EJB, Hibernate, Jasper, Tibco, Agile Methodologies, Test driven development, Jprofiler, Junit)
· Do hands-on coding and proactively mentor developers
· Work in highly collaborative teams that strive to build quality code and provide business value

Job Location: The selected candidate will join Pune ODC for 6 months and afterwards will be shifted to Chennai ODC permanently.
