Primary Skill Requirement
· Experience with organizations focused on the Testing Services and ISV’s (Independent software vendor (ISV) are product companies specializing in making or selling software, designed for mass marketing or for niche markets.)
· 1-2 years of Field Sales Experience,
· Experience in a services marketing role,
· Track record in conceptualizing IT service offerings for specific target markets
· Ability to articulate the offerings in various collaterals, to be used by the field sales teams
· Good understanding of IT services market-space
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams & support Sales teams on client opportunities
· Wllingness to travel
Job Profile
· The role would involve constantly tracking evolving business and technology trends in Sonata’s focus segments, Package Sonata’s expertise into meaningful & specific offersets to address the needs of these market segments, on a continued basis
· Develop a comprehensive “Go-to-Market” strategy for these service offerings and assist the sales team in pursuing opportunities.
· The product manager should work actively with the various practice teams at Sonata, to identify cutting-edge projects & technologies that Sonata works on & identify competitive differentiators. He / she should also should keep himself abreast of market trends in our focus segments & should be able to package our expertise into meaningful & specific offersets for these market segments (and then continuously refine them).
The role will involve extensive interaction with cross-functional teams at Sonata to capture our expertise. He/she will also interact with industry analysts & participate in various thought leadership events to keep track of the trends in various verticals and service areas
