Technical Skill Sets
• J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB3 or EJB 2 Struts, Design Patterns, XML & XSL, SOAP, WSDL,UML, Rational Rose
• Application Server Experience: Apache/TomCat, Weblogic / Websphere
• Experience with Oracle or MySQL Server databases with PLSQL skills plus experience of UNIX, ideally Sun Solaris, including scripting
• Strong Java, multi-threaded, client/server experience and expertise & end to end n-tier distributed architecture design and Programming experience with OOP in Java
• Exposure to UNIX platform. OS (Windows, Sun Solaris and Redhat Linux)
• HTML/XHTML/CSS

• B.E/B.Tech, Diploma, MCA
• The Resource must be hands on technical person who will leave no stone unturned in their efforts to complete the project on time and who will strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Experience in SDLC, with hands-on experience in designing, coding, code review, and unit testing
• Thorough knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry such as OOP's, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web-Based S/W, SOA and agile practices is essential
• Should be able to Participate in code inspections
• Working knowledge of Design tools, Good communication & analytical skills. Ability to work under min supervision. understanding of various life cycle methodologies
• Strong web based application development experience & the ability to design efficient business logic.
• Making Program Specification, Writing complex programs, Testing programs written by other developers, etc
• Excellent knowledge in standard development practices and methodologies
• Create and unit test complex code written using Java, JavaScript, JSP, Struts, and EJBs.
• Configuration Management tools usage knowledge - Clearcase / ClearQuest
