Deloitte Intelligence – Executive Manager Hyderabad
Education: Post graduate degree



Primary responsibilities:

• Work closely with Deloitte Intelligence leaders in Hyderabad and the U.S. on strategy and program management

• Share responsibilities with the service area leader in operational, recruiting, and administrative activities

• Develop and manage internal processes to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables

• Execute and oversee execution of deliverables and manage the project team effectively to ensure Deloitte Intelligence quality standards

• Coach junior team members to conduct quality research

• Oversee and track workflow

• Measure and assess key performance metrics (utilization, efficiency etc.)

• Generate and communicate scheduled productivity/progress reports to Deloitte Intelligence leaders in the U.S. and Hyderabad



Experience and expertise:
• Over 8 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years should be of relevant work experience

• MBA/PGDM/Chartered Accountancy/ CFA/MBE/MFC/MIB/ICWA

• Excellent relationship management skills

• Strong leadership skills as well as people management skills required to lead large team

• Demonstrated project management skills

• Demonstrated experience with research design and execution

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Good statistics and data analysis skills

• Strong financial analysis skills
