The below requirements are for an MNC banks’ International Outsourcing Unit!

1 Head – US [(1 Chennai & 1 Mumbai) International, voice based, financial process]

Requisites: An MBA/ CA currently in a leadership role, having sound knowledge on International & voice bpo’s; Should also have exposure to Banking / financial process.
Should be managing current a team of not less than 120.

6 – 10 years of experience for Chennai & 8 – 12 years for Mumbai.

2 Head – UK [(1 Chennai & 1 Mumbai) International, voice based, financial process]

Requisites: An MBA/ CA currently in a leadership role, having sound knowledge on International & voice bpo’s; Should also have exposure to Banking / financial process.
Should be managing current a team of not less than 120.

8 – 10 years of experience for Chennai & 10 – 14 years for Mumbai.

3 Manager (Ops) – UK [(7 Chennai) International, voice based, financial process 7 – 9 years of experience]

Requisites: A person who can take response to leading around 6 Team Leads, (each having a team of 12+) where the incumbent shall directly report to the Head & involve in,
Performance & people management, daily SLA’s, Recruitment & Training, Client Interaction, to mention a few; should currently in a leadership role, having sound knowledge on International & voice bpo’s; Should also have exposure to Banking / financial process. An MBA will be an added advantage.
