Location: Noida / Gurgaon
Education: Any Graduation/Diploma
Experience: 9 months - 3 Years in a reputed BPO
The candidates should have Less than 3 years experience in a BPO industry, with good support & Helpdesk management exposure
Skill Requirements:
* Basic technical knowledge of PCs
* Basic Knowledge of Internet and Networking
* Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Willing to work for 24* 7 shifts
Additional Skills:
* Lotus Notes,Networks,Active Directory Service
