Sr. Account Manager / Sales (Req ID: ATS-SAM)
The ideal candidate must be well versed in sourcing IT talent, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers. We are looking for A+ player's with a track record of placing consultants. The individual will work in a creative and a flexible team environment.
Desired Profile
Ø Must have 1 year Sales experience (US Recruitment).
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills, interviewing skills, modifying resume.
Ø Aggressive determination, attention to details.
Ø Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)
Ø Excellent communication, organizational skills and inter personal skills.
Ø Candidate should have the excellent track record in the placement of consultants in US Market and should have a very good knowledge of on site technical environments.
Ø The ability to manage several requirements.
Ø Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Ø Expert level skills sourcing candidates.
