Skills & Competencies:
• Should carry professional experience in HR and recruitments of over 6 years.
• Exceptionally strong handling pressure in recruitments
• Must have experience with Campus recruitment, Bulk hiring and vendor’s handling
• Must to have recruitment experience in IT/ITES/BPO/KPO.
• Will prefer some one having 12 months of experience hiring employees for LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) companies.
• Strong People management skills with excellent comm. & presentation skills.
