Brief Role Description for Associate, ADEPT Enterprise HRO
Location : Mumbai, Bangalore
Associates drive the HR Agenda for a specific client, extending support across all areas of operational HR to the Client team and collaborating with the Account Lead to implement Best Practices, improve HR efficiencies and contribute towards organizational capability building in the client organization. The ideal role holder will have atleast 2 years of experience in a business partner, HR Generalist role in an established company, have a good understanding of basic HR processes and be keen to take on independent responsibilities. An MBA with HR specialization is essential. Compensation will be market competitive.
