Job Title : C++, Unix Competency Lead
Experience : 6 - 9 Years
Job Description : the individual should be having experience in C/C++ on the Unix platform. Main responsibilities will include but not limited to providing technical leadership to the team, business leadership, People management, interaction with clients different timezones.Responsible and accountable for timely and quality delivery of projects.
Contribute to requirement understanding, analysis for all major projects
Contribute to the technical leadership that includes design, deployment of applications
Contribute to project management activities like reporting, planning & tracking, people management etc.
The role requires an individual who has strong leadership skills in technical & Business areas
Desired : 5-8 year recent experience in delivering applications in C++ , Unix and related technologies
Experience in delivering applications using RDBMS technology such as DB2, INFORMIX, Oracle
Best practices in SDLC from requirements through to implementation and post implementation reviews and related documentation
Strong in implementing structured development process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self starter
Excellent problem solving skills
Proven ability to manage people and projects
