Officer - Customer Care (Required for Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience preferably with a financial institution in customer service.
• Experience of call centre for similar length of time can also be considered
• Preferably female (age 21-35 years)
• Should be well versed with using Microsoft Office (excel and word)
• Educational qualification : minimum graduate from a recognized university
Relationship Officer / Manager (Required for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad)
• Minimum experience of 3-4 years within the financial sector, preferably stock brokerage, sale of mutual funds, insurance products, consumer assets
• Male (age 25-35 years)
• Must have good communication skills
• Should have worked in a typical sales environment
• Females demonstrating willingness and having previous sales experience can also be considered
MIS / Sales Coordinator (Required for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad)
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity with a financial institution, brokerage house
• Should have worked in a sales environment with a financial institution preferably or a multi national organization
• Age 21-35 years (male or female)
• Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Word and PowerPoint
Senior Relationship Manager (Required for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad)
• Have a proven track record with a financial institution, corporate brokerage house, insurance company, asset management company
• Age (28-40 years)
• Should have minimum 3-4 years of Direct Sales experience
• Well versed with using Microsoft Office package
• Team player; should have managed a team of atleast 10 people in the last 1 year
• Would be considered for a permanent position within the bank after completion of 1 year and demonstrating performance, target and team building orientation
