Corporate Overview

Game Theorem is looking for the brightest and most talented employees who believe in achieving the extraordinary. Based in Ebène Cybercity in Mauritius, Game Theorem has designed and developed a proprietary software system and operating methodology for multi-platform online gaming (“e-Gaming”). Revenues are derived from the commercial licensing of e-Gaming systems as well as from providing relevant business process outsourcing services to international clients using an established industry model. Clients of Game Theorem include CipherGaming, a non-group company with common controlling shareholders, which will focus on portal operations and marketing alliances with mobile networks.

Channels for customers include:
  • Mobile Network operators wanting interactive data content for existing subscribers.
  • Technology and management consulting businesses wanting a leading-edge technology solution to provide as part of their consulting offering to clients in the media and entertainment sector.
  • Online casino operators wanting to upgrade their technology platforms;
  • Internet portals with communities currently seeing a limited gaming offering, to whom they would like to provide a comprehensive casino suite;
  • Various high-traffic, branded websites with an established subscriber base to whom they would like to offer own-branded gaming as an additional value-added attraction or alternatively enter into affiliate marketing relationships.

Recruitment Process

We apply proven methods and a standard of excellence to our selection procedures. The objective is to ensure that we achieve the perfect fit with successful candidates - both for the company and for the candidates themselves.

  • APPLICATION SUBMITTED:
    Candidates submit their application to Game Theorem via Naukri.com or by email to recruitment@gametheorem.com.
  • APPLICATION ACKNOWLEDGED:
    Having applied, an applicant will receive acknowledgement of receipt of his/her application. An applicant may also request notification for future jobs listed in his/her category of interest.
  • SHORTLISTING ACCORDING TO QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES LISTED: Applications and CV's are short-listed according to the competencies, qualifications and experience of the applicant.
  • APTITUDE (AND PSYCHOMETRIC) TESTING FOR PRACTICAL SKILLS:
    A short-listed applicant will be advised telephonically and invited to undergo ability testing that demonstrates practical competence. (Ability and psychometric testing may need to be administered remotely using web-based systems). Based on the outcome of these tests, suitable applicants are then requested to attend a panel interview.
  • SIGNATURE OF NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT:
    All applicants will be requested to sign a non-disclosure agreement before being interviewed by a panel.
  • PANEL INTERVIEW FOR TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCE:
    The object of the panel interview is to further probe technical and behavioural competence as required by the vacant position. This will always be the face-to-face component of the recruitment process.
  • RATING AND COMPARISON OF CANDIDATES:
    Each candidate is rated, to compare the candidates to the job requirements and, if appropriate, against each other.
  • SECURITY AND REFERENCE CHECKS:
    Before offering a position, references and security checks are made because of the intellectual property with which candidates will be working. Once the checks have been successfully completed the offer of the position will be formally made.
