Level / Designation: Principal Consultant
Qualification: MBA from a premier Institute.
Location: Mumbai
Profile Brief:
• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience – Should have worked in most areas of HR and have complete conceptual depth and clarity in terms of the HR processes.
• Should have been involved in change management processes in the organisation
• Have excellent communication skills – Written, Oral, and Presentation.
• High degree of facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity.
• Enjoy travelling.
• A good team member and should be able to relate to situations and people.
• High level of confidence and comfortable in interacting with all levels in the hierarchy.
• Good exposure in a knowledge industry would be preferable
• Consultancy experience not essential but would be preferable
Job Profile:
• Consulting in HR & change management which would include aligning vision, values, structures and HR systems to business strategy, competency profiling, and also to equip people in transition to new ways of working and thinking.
• Leading and managing projects
• Doing business development, Intellectual capital creation and knowledge management
• Coaching & developing team members
