Job Title: Siebel Lead
Location: Hyderabad

BRIEF JD

• Lead Siebel configurator must be able to research complex configuration issues and solve them independently. They must be able to write technical designs and be innovative in design solutions that meet functional needs without causing a performance impact. Must be able to mentor others and be responsible for the quality of the product. Must be able to work with ambiguous requirements and comeback with suggestions as to how the development may be accomplished.
• Must be able to prove actual job experience with Siebel tools, Siebel Workflow, eScript, MVG configuration, Actuate report writing, and Business Services.
• Experience with Siebel Call Center and one of the Siebel Client applications (eService, PRM Portal, eSales, etc…) is a must.
• Siebel Certification is a nice to have, but require actual job experience. Must understand structured language concepts such as with programming in C++, Java or VB.
• Must be able to comprehend and write simple SQL statements and must have a comprehensive understanding of the Siebel data model
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Will be in a leadership role. Should be able to mentor and technically lead a small team of SIEBEL professionals. Should be able to estimate effort from project procs, and manage client & associate expectations.
