Desired Skills
* 4+ years experience in the coding / programming
*Solid experience in Java, J2EE, Struts.
* Knowledge on Hibernate (Preferred)
* Experience with advanced OOA/OOD techniques
*Ability to analyze, debug and provide solutions

Mandatory Skills:
